Basic Breakfast Smoothie

» 1 cup of milk OR soy milk OR nut milk OR water
» 4 ice cubes
» Handful of nuts/seeds OR LSA mix (linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds)
» Fruit – banana OR fresh/frozen berries, mango
» 2 tablespoon of High Protein Low Carb vanilla flavoured protein powder
» For an optional boast add 5 – 6 baby spinach leaves. Gives your smoothie a great green colour, heaps of nutrients and doesn’t contain a strong taste.

Changing the composition of fruit, will change the texture and taste of your smoothie.
