1 cup organic chicken stock or water
100gm Chicken breast, diced
1-2 cloves of garlic, peeled
Fresh coriander to taste
1 small piece ginger (garlic clove size)
1 cup roughly chopped silverbeet
Miracle Noodles, rinsed
1. Place garlic, coriander, parsley, ginger and onion in a food processor.
2. Scrape sides of bowl, add silverbeet and chop until blended, add all remaining ingredients to chicken stock for 15-20mins until cooked through.
3. When chicken is cooked through rinse Slim Me Noodles thoroughly, add to soup and heat through.
