Ingredients
» 1 palm size portion of chicken breast, steamed and finely sliced
» 3 handfuls cabbage, carrot, and red onion, finely chopped
» 1/4 cup chopped parsley, chives
» 2 tablespoons crushed walnuts
» 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (whole egg, no added sugar)
Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix thoroughly and serve.
