HcG Recipe for Cauliflower Fried Rice
This delicious HcG Recipe for Cauliflower fried can be used on both the HcG Diet or the Shake it diet. It’s also a great recipe for people who wish to maintain their weight or who are seeking a healthy meal option. Enjoy 🙂
INGREDIENTS
1 large head cauliflower, trimmed, cut into florets
3 small baby tomatoes chopped
2 Small red chillies, seeded thinly sliced
2cm piece fresh ginger, peeled, finely chopped
2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 Green onion thinly sliced
4 Asparagus spears chopped
Handful of coriander and parsley
1Teaspoon of fish sauce
1 Tablespoon of Braggs all purpose seasoning
METHOD
- Using food processor, process cauliflower florets, ginger and garlic until finely chopped and cook for 20 minutes in a non-stick pan.
- Add all other ingredients and continue stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh shallots and chillies.
*** This dish can be a side, a Vegetarian option or add your choice of 100grams of protein from HcG diet.
