Juice Recipes for greater Health and Vitality

The whole point of juicing is to get the maximum possible amount of vitamins, minerals, enzymes and phytochemicals out of food and into your body.

Where possible buy organic produce. Make sure your fruit and vegetables are in peak condition. Wash all produce thoroughly, scrubbing tough skinned varieties.

A maximum of 1 juice 3 – 4 times per week is ideal.

THE ENERGISER

The energizer provides a glassful of brain power and heart strengtheners, along with gentle stimulants to get rid of excess fluid which accumulates overnight.

» Carrots 4 unpeeled, remove the top and bottom
» Apple 1 unpeeled, un-cored
» Kiwi fruit 1 peeled
» Parsley 1 handful, with stems

BRAIN BOOSTER

This brain booster will keep your mental faculties in top gear, is a great blood cleanser and is excellent for healthy looking skin.

» Spinach 6 leaves
» Carrots 3 unpeeled, remove top and bottom
» Apple 1 unpeeled, un-cored
» Beetroot 1 medium, unpeeled, with leaves

HIGH PERFORMER

The high performer helps set the stage for a real ‘feel good’ day. This juice will help sluggish bowels, aid digestion and provide instant energy.

» Grapes 12 black or white
» Pears 4 unpeeled
» Apples 2 unpeeled, un-cored
» Pineapple 2 slices, peeled

IRON IN A GLASS

Here’s a power pumping iron tonic in a glass for those dull, grey days when you just can’t seem to charge up the batteries.

» Apples 2 unpeeled, un-cored
» Beetroot 1 small, unpeeled, with leaves
» Cucumber 1 medium, unpeeled

» Oranges 4 large, peeled, but leaving the pith behind

» Apples 3 unpeeled, un-cored
» Lemon 1 with peel
» White Grapes 4oz

IMMUNE BOOSTER
