Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups of oat bran (ground)
- 2 egg whites
- 2 Tablespoons of olive oil (cold pressed)
- 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon of organic honey
- ½ Teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup of skim milk/rice milk/almond milk or fruit juice to moisten

Let your imagination go wild, the combinations are endless. Try some of these suggestions:
– grated apple and a touch of cinnamon
– sultanas and chopped dates
– fresh orange juice and poppy seeds
– strawberries, pepitas/sunflower seeds
Mix all ingredients together and scoop into in big muffin trays. Put into the oven at 180˚ C for approx 17 minutes.
