Prawn Stir-fry with Noodles

Prawn Stir-fry with Noodles

Ingredients
100gm Prawns
½ Cup of Asparagus
½ Cup of Bok Choi
1 x Green deseeded chilli
2 cm of fresh Lemon grass
Fresh Coriander to taste
½ Red Onion
1 – 2 cloves of garlic, peeled
1 small piece of ginger (Garlic glove size)
1 tablespoon of Braggs All Purpose Seasoning
Miracle Noodles, rinsed

Method:
1. Place the Green Chilli, Lemon Grass, Coriander, Garlic, Red Onion, Ginger and Braggs All Purpose seasoning in a food processor. Blend into small pieces.
2. Cook the prawns, bok choi and asparagus in a non stick frying pan.
3. Rinse the Slim Me Noodles and then heat for 1 minute on a pan of boiling water.
4. Drain the noodles and mixed all ingredients together.

Snack Version
For a snack you can use the above recipe but exclude the prawns, asparagus and bok choi.
