Thai Lime and sesame stir fry

  • 2 palm size portions of beef, diced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 handfuls bean sprouts
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 1/2 handfuls snow peas
  • 1 1/2 handfuls red capsicum, sliced
  • 1 1/2 handfuls mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup flaked almonds
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon/lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce

Method

1.  Sauté beef with ginger, garlic and soy sauce until brown.
2.  Add vegetables and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
3.  Sprinkle almonds over meal just prior to serving.
4.  Dress with lime juice and sesame oil.
