Ingredients
- 2 palm size portions of beef, diced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 1/2 handfuls bean sprouts
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 1/2 handfuls snow peas
- 1 1/2 handfuls red capsicum, sliced
- 1 1/2 handfuls mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup flaked almonds
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon/lime juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
Method
1. Sauté beef with ginger, garlic and soy sauce until brown.
2. Add vegetables and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Sprinkle almonds over meal just prior to serving.
4. Dress with lime juice and sesame oil.
