Spicy Stewed Apples – serves 2stewed apples

» Place 2 sliced apples in an oven dish
» Sprinkle 1 teaspn cinnamon
» Sprinkle 2-3 teaspns of either Splenda or Xylitol (Use Splenda for Shake it diet and Xylitol for HcG diet)
» Sprinkle 1/3 teaspoon cloves
» Add 10 cardamom pods.
» Add boiling water until apples covered

Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Enjoy
