Ingredients
2 palm size portions of lamb or beef (diced or cubed)
1 tablespoon butter
pinch salt
2 teaspoons parsley
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
½ handful onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 handful broccoli, diced
2 handfuls turnips, diced
1 handful carrot, diced
1 handful cauliflower, diced
½ handful mushroom, diced
250ml beef or vegetable stock
Method
Brown meat in melted butter.
Add seasonings and Worcestershire sauce.
Place all ingredients into casserole dish and cook in moderate oven until meat and vegetables are tender.
