Ingredients
100g good quality Beef mince or Kangaroo Mince. (Kangaroo has less calories)
1 diced onion
1 clove garlic
1 cup of sugar free tomatoes
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
Parsley, salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1. Lightly fry mince (without oil), add the onion and garlic.
2. Add in the tomatos and tomato paste. Heat through.
3. Add a rinsed bag of Slim Me Noodles. Season with parsley, salt and pepper.
Easy and delicious!!!!!!!!!
Seafood Marinara option
The above recipe can be adapted by replacing the mince with 100g of the seafood mix from Coles or Woolworths.
